FAQ

Got questions about fine art printing and scanning?

You’re not alone. My FAQ will clear things up!

  • Archival prints are museum-quality pieces. Thanks to refined colour pigment particles and high quality paper, archival prints stay bold and beautiful for up to 150 years without fading.

  • For best results, hold your prints by the edges or wear cotton gloves (avoid touching the printed area, even with gloves!). I recommend professional archival framing — and be sure to keep your prints cool, dry, and away from direct sunlight.

  • If you’re ordering online, I can print up to 101cm x 152cm (40in x 60in)

  • I can work with JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and PSD files.

  • Yes. And I love working with WA artists! If you’d like more information, just get in touch.

  • I want your customer journey to be seamless. That’s why I’m happy to brand prints with your sticker, business card, or postcard. All you have to do is send me your marketing materials and I’ll post them out with your orders.

  • Certainly. Digitising and reproducing your artwork is part of my core business. Whether you choose archival paper or canvas, your fine art prints will look just like the original.

  • Thanks to a protective coating, canvas prints are pretty hardy. The clear gloss offers protection from light, moisture, and dust damage. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth or a feather duster for best results.

  • Once you place your order, I’ll send you an invoice. When I receive your payment, I start your printing project.
